General
What is Syncademia AI?
A planner and study companion for students: dashboard, courses, tasks, calendar, notes, and AI chat. It is built to reduce clutter and keep deadlines visible in one workspace.
Plans, trial, and billing
Is there a free plan?
Yes. You can use Syncademia AI on a free tier with core features; paid plans add higher limits and additional capabilities. See Pricing for current options.
What happens when the in-app trial ends?
New accounts can get a limited-time trial of higher plan limits inside the app. When that period ends, you return to the free tier unless you subscribe—your data stays in your account. You are not billed automatically just because the in-app trial ended; paid plans are optional.
What about a trial when I subscribe at checkout?
If you start a paid subscription and the checkout screen offers a trial, your card and renewal rules follow what you agree to there (for example, when billing starts and how to cancel). Check Billing while signed in, or email syncademiaai@gmail.com if something looks wrong.
AI features
How does AI Chat work?
AI Chat uses the context you provide in the app (for example, courses, tasks, and content you upload or type) to generate answers in your session. It does not replace instructors or professional advice—verify anything important. Details about how Google-related data is handled appear in our Privacy Notice.
Can AI create courses and tasks for me?
Depending on your plan, the product may help you draft or organize courses and tasks from materials you provide (such as a syllabus). You should always review and edit what is created before relying on it.
Google sign-in
What does Google Sign-In access?
Sign in with Google uses only openid, email, and profile scopes. Syncademia AI does not request access to Google Calendar, Gmail, Google Drive, Google Contacts, or other Google Workspace content. See Google user data policy for details.
How do I disconnect Google?
You can remove Syncademia from Google Account → Security → Third-party access. Revoking Google access does not automatically delete your Syncademia account; use a data deletion request if you want account data removed.
Account and data
How do I request data deletion?
Email syncademiaai@gmail.com from your account email with the subject "Data Deletion Request" and say whether you want full account deletion or integration-only removal. See Data deletion for timelines and details.
How do I contact support?
Use Support or email syncademiaai@gmail.com. We typically respond within about two business days.
