Google sign-in not working

  • Confirm you are using the Google account you expect.
  • Try an incognito window to rule out stale cookies.
  • See the Google Sign In troubleshooting guide for login failures.

Billing or subscription confusion

  • While signed in, open Billing to view your plan and renewal status.
  • For charges or invoices, email syncademiaai@gmail.com from your account email.

Trial expired or plan changed

When a trial ends, your account follows the terms shown at checkout. If features suddenly look limited, check Billing in the app or read FAQ: plans and trial.

Premium feature locked

Some tools require a paid plan or an active trial. Compare options on Pricing or review entitlements under Billing while signed in.

Account access issues

  • Try password reset from the login page if you use email sign-in.
  • If you are locked out after many attempts, wait a short period and try again.
