Data Retention & Deletion
How Syncademia retains data and how you can request deletion.
Retention policy
- Account and app data is retained while your account is active.
- Google Sign In data (your name, email, and profile picture) is retained while your account is active and deleted or de-identified within 30 days of account deletion.
How to request deletion
- Email syncademiaai@gmail.com from your account email.
- Use subject: Data Deletion Request.
- Include your Syncademia account email and whether you want full account deletion.
Processing timeline
We acknowledge deletion requests within 2 business days and aim to complete deletion within 30 days, subject to legal, fraud-prevention, and billing record obligations.
Google account revocation
You can also remove Syncademia directly from your Google Account:
- Google Account > Security > Third-party access.
- Find Syncademia and remove access.
