Google Sign In Troubleshooting
Common issues when signing in with Google. Google Sign-In is separate from Google Calendar sync: Sign-In requests openid, email, and profile. Calendar access is a second opt-in flow from Settings → Integrations.
Common issues
- "Sign in failed" — Try clearing your browser cookies and signing in again. Make sure pop-ups are not blocked.
- "Account not found" — Use the same Google account you originally signed up with.
- "Permission denied" — Syncademia AI only requests your name, email, and profile picture. Accept these to continue.
- "Still not working" — Email syncademiaai@gmail.com with the subject "Sign In Help."
