Security and trust

High-level practices—not a substitute for the full Privacy Notice or your agreement with us.

Here is a plain-language overview of how we approach security and trust. For categories of data, Google API use, subprocessors, retention, and your rights, rely on the Privacy Notice and Google user data policy.

Transport and access

Traffic between your browser and our application is protected with HTTPS. Access to production systems is limited to authorized people using least-privilege practices.

Where data lives

We rely on established infrastructure providers (for example, hosting and database services) to run Syncademia AI. They process data only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Notice. We do not sell your personal information or Google user data.

Google user data

As stated in our Privacy Notice: we do not sell Google user data; we do not use Google user data for advertising; and we do not use Google user data to train generalized artificial intelligence or machine-learning models. Google data is used for account sign in only. Syncademia AI does not access Google Calendar, Gmail, Google Drive, or Google Contacts.

Read the Google user data policy

We do not claim specific third-party certifications or audit results on this page. If that changes, we will update this notice.
